NEXT-DC is a creative agency working on the verge of advertising and information technology. We are building progressive web applications, complex acquisition platforms, immersive experiences bringing the digital and the analogue world closer together for international clients like

What are we looking for:
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in an agency or design studio environment;
- Strong skills in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Good sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling
- Experience with typography and brand animation
- Ability to work from a brief and meet deadlines
- A portfolio that shows thinking and craft, not just effects
In addition, we would appreciate experience in Figma, Lottie, UI animation, Cinema 4D / basic 3D/ Blender, Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Some of the candidate's responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, copywriters, event managers, project managers
- Create and adapt motion assets across multiple formats and platforms
- Edit and assemble video content, ensuring strong pacing, timing, and narrative flow
- Work on exciting campaigns for big international clients from brief to launch, making sure every piece is delivered up to the highest standard.
